Pretty poor. The people who led the movements in the 1960s were the Silent generation. Think about it — some of the 1946–64 cohort were not even born! Productivity declined when Boomers entered the workforce in 1970 and Millennials entered in 2005. The only time it went up was when X entered the workforce from 1990, built the internet and worked the 90s and 00s boom.
